Kidsready 3.0

This project leverages established community partnerships by engaging KidsREADy Rockingham and Family Leaders Advisory Councils, social service sectors, policymakers, faith-based organizations, and industry stakeholders. The activities are designed to ENGAGE the community by assessing the need, EMPOWER aspiring early childhood educators by building skill and capacity, and ELEVATE innovative strategies by identifying models to expand access to childcare in our community.

Ancora Compassionate Care

Equipment grant

Ancora Compassionate Care will purchase two Traversa Chairs to support safe, timely nonemergency transport for hospice patients. These specialized chairs will significantly improve both access and speed to care, ensuring that patients receive the five-star end-of-life support they deserve.

The RCS Middle School All-County Band, High School All-County Band, Elementary All-County Chorus, and K-12 All-County Art Show seek to inspire students to rise to a higher level of creativity in the fine and performing arts with peers from across the County. Students view themselves as artists and experience the feeling of belonging to a community that values them and their contributions to society.
